Its Summer - Pickles Time

Allam Pachadi - Sweet Ginger Chutney !!!!

I prepared with Magic Bullet for the first time. It turned out very well.

First put oil in a pan & fry tadka , grind boiled tamarind & add ginger pcs ,salt, turmaric powder...
