Pulihora Avakaya !!!!


As its Summer & for andhra's its pickles time too !!!
Today I prepared "Pulihora Aavakaya " ....for this we need Raw Mango to cut into small pieces . We have to put tadka for this pickle...We need Aavalu, Hing, Red Chillies, Senagapappu, CurryLeaves ( optional) , Aavapodi ,Turmeric Powder, Salt , Chilli Powder & Oil... ( I used Musturd Oil for tadka ). For Aavapadi ..In a pan fry mustard seeds without oil & Grind it to make a very fine powder....Mix well this tadka & all the other ingredients with the mango pcs & stir well & keep this in a airtight container. It tastes good after 24-48 hrs...( Mix it in every 6hrs ..). Pulihora Aavakaya is ready to eat !!!!
